Project Manager

About the role

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Webflow website and design projects for our creative webflow agency. In this role, you'll be the vital bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage up to 10 concurrent client projects from kick-off to launch
• Drive client communication, serving as the primary point of contact
• Facilitate client meetings, preparing agendas and documenting outcomes
• Lead new client onboarding, establishing clear expectations and processes
• Track and enforce internal project milestones and deadlines
• Maintain budget oversight and accountability for all assigned projects
• Coordinate between design and development teams to ensure seamless collaboration
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage scope changes and their impact on timelines and budgets
• Lead live video calls with clients

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in website development and branding projects
• Experience with project management software, preferably ClickUp
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Native or Fluent in English
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving aptitude with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Client-facing experience, preferably in a service-based industry

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

• Experience with creative agencies or marketing firms
• Familiarity with design and development tools
• Familiarity with Webflow
