Sr Coach Agile (h/f)

Summary:

This role aims to support the EMT initiative focusing on creating stable teams, establishing a single point of entry, and fostering a culture of working out loud (W-O-W).

The primary goal is to enhance organizational collaboration and effectiveness through coaching and engagement with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

This position entails guiding teams towards improved effectiveness through structured coaching and engagement.

• Conduct interviews and collect feedback to understand existing processes.
• Define measurable goals and objectives based on data analysis.
• Establish and maintain connections with documentation owners to ensure consistency of documentation.
• Facilitate a culture of design thinking and adaptability within teams.
• Inspire and engage teams to embrace new working methodologies.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong design thinking mindset.
• Proven ability to engage and inspire teams.
• Experience in change management practices.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with product-focused approaches.
• Previous experience with Agile transformation initiatives.
