Head of Data Analytics

We’re now looking for a Head of Data Analytics who will be the architect of our data-driven future. You’ll lead strategy, build high-impact solutions, and directly influence decision-making at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the vision for Business Intelligence and Data Engineering, empowering LW Group to become a truly data-driven company.
• Build, lead, and inspire a team of analysts; foster a culture of innovation, learning, and problem-solving.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that shape strategic business decisions.
• Work directly with executives and shareholders—driving impact where it matters most.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of proven leadership experience in data/analytics teams.
• Strong background in finance, economics, mathematics, or statistics.
• Hands-on experience with Python for analytics.
• Proficiency in interactive reporting tools (Streamlit, QlikSense, or other).
• Knowledge of SQL, database management, and data engineering fundamentals.
• Experience working with APIs (advantage).
• Bonus if you’ve worked with Streamlit (or eager to learn—it’s simple, we’ll teach you!).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
