Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst – Regulatory Reporting (Anacredit / WKFS):

• Configure and validate ANACREDIT reporting fields in OneSumX (WKFS) from the core banking system.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, analyzing/validating reports for ECB, EBA, BCL submissions.
• Design and implement ETL-based automation for reporting processes, improving accuracy and efficiency.
• Optimize regulatory reporting platforms and workflows, including external asset manager web solutions.
• Define and implement bulk data integration processes (e.g., multi-order Excel uploads via Triple’A Plus Web Application).
• Oversee daily production of regulatory reports, monitor KPIs, and coordinate operations with internal teams.
• Support core banking system migrations, including data mapping, test case execution, and interface validation.
• Draft and maintain functional specifications, business requirements, reporting documentation.
• Partner with compliance, risk, IT, and finance teams to ensure processes align with banking and insurance regulatory obligations.

How do we imagine our future Business Analyst – Regulatory Reporting (Anacredit/WKFS) ?

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or insurance sector, with expertise in regulatory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks (ANACREDIT, EBA, ECB, BCL).
• Hands-on expertise with WKFS OneSumX for reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL and ETL tools for data transformation, migration, and automation.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, risk, and compliance processes, ideally including insurance regulatory reporting (Solvency II, IFRS 17) as a plus.
• Experience in system migration projects, interface testing, and reporting automation.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of T24 or other core banking systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with cross-functional teams (Operations, Risk, Compliance, IT).
• Languages: Fluent in English and French.
