What To Expect
Tesla is looking to hire an enthusiastic and experienced Data Scientist to join our Data Science Team and help drive business decisions by leveraging the power of data in the era of AI. The Data Science unit is part of the centralized EMEA Business Analytics Team, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for turning complex business needs into practical, AI-powered solutions by both designing and implementation. This role is critical for supporting data-driven decision making and enhancing operational efficiency across the Sales & Delivery organization.
What You'll Do
Partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities and propose high-potential solutions Communicate with business stakeholders for product design, roadmap, usage and impact measurement based on business goals and opertaional needs Independently develop end-to-end solutions including e.g. NLP, LLM, AI agents and tools Collaborate with BI, IT, and data engineers to deploy data pipeline, models and applications Conduct advanced data analysis, modeling, visualization, and statistical techniques to gain actionable insights
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field Proficiency of in Python and libraries such as pandas. Hands-on experience with full-stack Python development (e.g., Streamlit, FastAPI, Docker) Good knowledge of machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, and story-telling with data Strong and effective communication skills, being highly collaborative and team-oriented Enthusiasm for business, with a keen interest in understanding and solving problems Experience in project manage e.g. prioritization, roadmap planning with proven track record of end-to-end projects
