SolaX Power is a globally recognized manufacturer of solar inverters, hybrid systems, and battery storage solutions. In Europe, we are rapidly expanding and building a strong local technical and commercial support team to serve our growing customer base.
What you will do
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:
- Provide first-line technical support to customers and installers (email, phone, remote tools)
- Assist in troubleshooting for the customer.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on technical cases and product testing
- Help create technical documentation, training materials, and FAQ content
- Occasionally join site visits and exhibitions to learn hands-on product knowledge
Who you are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, or related fields
- Passion for solar energy and new technologies
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Basic understanding of electrical systems or PV installation is a plus
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced technical team
