What you will do

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:


  • Provide first-line technical support to customers and installers (email, phone, remote tools)
  • Assist in troubleshooting for the customer.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on technical cases and product testing
  • Help create technical documentation, training materials, and FAQ content
  • Occasionally join site visits and exhibitions to learn hands-on product knowledge


Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, or related fields
  • Passion for solar energy and new technologies
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems or PV installation is a plus
  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced technical team
