Your role:

• Work on the full lifecycle of high-impact NLP & LLM solutions, from design through to deployment in production.
• Set the technical direction, architecture, and best practices for a fast-scaling AI function.
• Turn complex business challenges into clear, measurable AI solutions.
• Push the boundaries of AI, experimenting with emerging methods to keep your team ahead of the game.

What you’ll bring

• Deep, hands-on experience delivering production-grade AI/ML, with particular expertise in NLP & LLMs.
• Strong academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering (a Master’s in AI is a bonus).
• Demonstrated leadership in running multiple, complex technical projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across technical and business teams.
