We're looking for a Platform Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset. You will play a key role in designing, building, and supporting the infrastructure that underpins critical systems and services. This is a great opportunity to work on impactful projects using cutting-edge tools and practices.

You Will Be Responsible For

Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure platforms using Docker, Docker Swarm, and other container technologies
Build and maintain infrastructure automation using Ansible and custom Python scripts
Own and operate platform services; contribute to architecture decisions and service reliability initiatives
Configure and maintain Portainer and Traefik to simplify container orchestration and reverse proxying
Leverage the Grafana stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Alertmanager) for observability and performance monitoring
Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and contribute to continuous delivery workflows
Document system configurations, runbooks, and troubleshooting procedures to enhance knowledge sharing
Collaborate with global teams across development, and infrastructure to improve platform capabilities
Participate in on-call support rotation for critical systems and services

You Are a Good Match If You Have

2+ years of experience in a Platform, DevOps, or SRE role
Proficient with Docker and Docker Swarm for containerization and orchestration
Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation
Solid programming skills in Python for scripting and automation
Experience with Portainer and Traefik for container lifecycle and networking management
Deep understanding of observability using the Grafana Stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Alertmanager)
Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern SDLC practices
Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems
Proficient with version control and CI/CD tools: Git, GitLab, GitLab CI, Jenkins
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch
Familiarity with public or private cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with Docker or other orchestration platforms
Background in best practices for infrastructure and containerized environments
