Product Manager

We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our team! Get ready to be part of our enthusiastic, determined and successful team!

Main responsibilities:

• Design, define, implement and monitor the marketing strategy for the medical representatives team;

• Conducts market research;

• Performs market visits for the follow-up of the implementation of the marketing strategy and for identifying new opportunities;

• Conducts and sustains product training for the medical team;

• Periodically, presents to the Board, respectively to the producer, the requested reports and analyzes;

• Developing and maintaining relationships with product suppliers;

• Maintaining the relationship with Key Opinion Leaders;

• Managing marketing budgets;

• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns;

• Work with marketing and advertising agencies to make sure they’re respecting the brand purpose and guidelines throughout every communication.

Advantage: Experience in the uro-gynecological therapeutic area is considered a plus in the selection process.

Requirements:

• University degree (Medical/Science/Marketing is a plus);
• Working experience minimum 4 years in similar position;
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Excellent analytical & data modelling skills; good command of Excel & PowerPoint
• Strategic & analytical thinking, solve challenges quickly and efficiently, customer-oriented;
• Great presentation & communication skills;
• Creativity, dynamism, initiative;
• Proactive person, oriented towards achieving goals.
