Data & Analyst Manager - Marketing

We’re looking for a Data & Analytics Manager to lead performance analysis and optimization across the full customer journey. You'll collaborate with international teams, lead a BI team, and transform complex data into clear, strategic insights that drive business impact. ︌︅︆︆︅︃️︆​︂︆︄︃​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎

What you’ll do:

• Drive customer journey analysis & cross-channel KPI tracking; 
• Translate data into compelling stories for stakeholders; 
• Collaborate with internal and regional teams for integrated reporting; 
• Lead the BI team and support data-driven decision-making.

What we’re looking for :

• Proven experience in data/marketing analytics & customer journey strategy; 
• Strong knowledge of GA, Salesforce, BI tools; 
• Excellent communication & coordination skills; 
• Advanced English.
• Over 4 years experience in Marketing.
