Role Overview

As a Fullstack Developer (Code Reviewer + Contributor), you’ll take an active role in building our product while also reviewing code written by other developers. You'll ensure code quality, guide team members, and help us maintain a consistent, high-standard codebase.

This is a hands-on role. You won’t just review - you’ll contribute meaningfully to the product, implement key features, fix critical issues, and shape technical decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with the team while leading by example through well-structured, thoughtful code.

Key Responsibilities

• Code Contribution: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code across the stack using Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Code Reviews: Review pull requests for logic, structure, readability, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentorship & Support: Guide developers, offering feedback and technical support during feature development.
• Technical Standards: Help define and enforce best practices around code quality, architecture, and Git workflows.
• Problem Solving: Debug, troubleshoot, and refactor complex areas of the application as needed.
