Job Description


We are developing a new internal application to reconcile large volumes of accounting data stored in our data lake. The goal is to deliver efficient, user-friendly, and scalable solutions for teams across the company. Robust data products help mitigate risk and strengthen our group’s capabilities.

We use SCRUM/Agile methodologies, focusing on continuous delivery and rapid feedback loops to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Quality is ensured through unit testing, automation, and peer code reviews.

As a Frontend Developer, you will:

• Develop Qlik reports, retrieving data from the data lake and presenting information in user-friendly dashboards.
• Design and implement features for a new application using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to deliver new features and improvements aligned with business requirements.
• Participate in all stages of the software lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.
• Use Scrum methodology and be part of a high-performance team.
• Document your solutions in JIRA, Confluence, ALM, etc.
• Certify your deliverables and their integration with other components, designing and executing relevant tests to ensure quality.
  
  
  

Qualifications


Required:

• Technical Skills: Next.js, React, TypeScript, SQL and Qlik or similar BI technologies.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with frontend technologies.
• English proficiency (B2+).
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Determination and self-discipline to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
  
  
  

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Scala/Spark.
• Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes (e.g., Airflow, Control-M).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks, Cloudera).
• Understanding of accounting/finance concepts or experience with financial data.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
• Basic understanding of Spanish.
