Contract Opportunity – Product Manager (AML/KYC Domain)

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead initiatives in the AML/KYC space, ensuring compliance with global financial regulations including Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, FATCA, and related frameworks. This role will drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for compliance solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and regulatory-compliant technology products.

• Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office mandatory)
• Start Date: To be confirmed
• Duration: Contract role (initial period of 6 months , with extension potential)
• Rate: Negotiable (depending on experience)
• Experience: ~10+ years overall IT experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for AML/KYC compliance solutions.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Engineering teams to translate regulatory needs into product features.
• Ensure solutions align with global standards (Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, FATCA, AML/KYC).
• Manage backlog, epics, user stories, and agile delivery with Scrum teams.
• Lead data migration and integration into modern platforms, ensuring quality AML/KYC reporting.
• Produce governance reports, dashboards, and track OKRs/product performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management, with 5+ years in AML/KYC or financial compliance.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau (data analysis/reporting).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services/banking.
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks and compliance reporting.
• Technical background with Python, R, or Alteryx a plus.
• Comfortable working with global teams.
