Product Manager

Role: Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Gather, prioritize, and analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, operations) to deliver high-quality products.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and post-release optimization.
• Define and track product KPIs, measuring performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and stakeholder updates to ensure alignment.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to maximize product success.
• Support go-to-market strategies including pricing, positioning, and launch activities.
• Continuously gather user feedback to iterate and improve product offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product development.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and user-centered design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Good to Have

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital platforms (based on domain).
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Aha!.
• Exposure to user research, A/B testing, and product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.).
