PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Human Resources Assistant will directly support the Human Resources functions in the 3 entities based in Poland with the coordination of the employees data maintenance in Employee Central and will coordinate the preparation and submission of the necessary documentation.

Key Responsibilities / Activities

  • Partners with Human Resources Business Partners and CBS team to coordinate all the activities of the employee data maintenance;
  • Ensures consistent high-data quality and that all the Infotype changes are documented, submitted and maintained in EC HR in a timely manner;
  • Coordinates the preparation of the documentation of the employee data including but not limited to personal data, address, bank details, education and previous work employment;
  • Serves as the gatekeeper for all status changes in EC HR with regards to leaves, termination, retirement and country transfers;
  • Supports process optimization in the input and maintenance of HR data into our EC system;
  • Updates existing employee records in EC HR where needed;
  • Builds country process expertise, ensures proper level of knowledge about standards, process requirements, known issues and errors, proper systems usage;
  • Ongoing cooperation with personal administration and payroll service provider;
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
