HR and Administration Specialist

Role Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and reliable person who will be responsible for comprehensive HR processes and administrative-office management in our company. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys task diversity and wants to have a real impact on the organization's operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR processes:

  • Preparing and signing employment and contractors contracts (UoP, UZ, B2B) with the focus on compliance with Polish labor laws
  • Ensuring payroll process compliance and accuracy
  • Ongoing contact and cooperation with the accounting office
  • Handling employee matters (leave, sick leave, HR documentation)
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors
  • Managing employee benefits programs and administration
  • Supporting internal communication and company events
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives
  • Supporting recruitment processes

Office Administration

  • Comprehensive office care and operations management (co-work office)
  • Coordinating supplies, laptop purchases, and shipping for employees
  • Handling correspondence, company documentation, and courier

Professional Competencies

  • Proven, 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology sector
  • Knowledge of Polish labor law - MANDATORY
  • Experience in preparing HR documentation
  • Ability to work with spreadsheet applications such as Excel or Google Sheets
  • Communicative English - MANDATORY
  • Higher education (preferred fields: HR, administration, management, law)
  • Experience with AI tools in work processes would be an advantage

  • HR video meeting with Hubert - 30-45min - you can expect questions about your experience, motivation, knowledge and experience with polish labor law, upcoming changes in law and so on and how do you keep yourself updated, HR processes you were improving/shaping.
