We are looking for an experienced Project manager with hands on experience in Product Control domain.

The main duties to be perform are:

• Supporting the Product Control Change Manager by producing high quality project analysis,
• Ensure all documentation is in line with Business Transformation Framework (BTF),
• Work closely with IT teams and assess any estimations , ensuring supporting documentation is clear and concise,
• Ensure written business project documentation to a high standard and supported by clearly defined business benefits,
• Provide change management sign off of any documentation,
• Ensure Product Control leads and ground team support any requested changes,
• Switching data sources from point-to-point feeds to a new standard results data store “Vault”,,
• Improving P&L Explain,
• Working closely with Traded Risk on implementing Op model changes as a result of the PLAT,
• Partnering with Traded Risk on other relevant matters, such as accurate and timely capture of fx position,
• Implementing daily IPV and sharing of market data time series with Traded Risk.

Requirements:

• +8 years experience gained within Product Control function,
• Specialist knowledge in one or more market segment such as FX (Spot, Forwards, Options), Debt Markets (Rates, Credit, Structured), or Equities (Cash, Borrowings & Lending, Structured),
• Good to strong knowledge of front-to-back technology stack supporting Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet production, accounting, and reporting,
• Comfortable working with markets products datasets, gleam insights from it and turn those insights into working group discussion points, requirements, and user stories ],
• Will have some general awareness of & be inclined to ramp up quickly their knowledge on Agile Project Management methodologies,
• Able to anticipate & identify risks inherent in their deliverables & proactively raise it for awareness of their supervisors and project stakeholders,
• A solid understanding of Project Lifecycle - certificates confirming PM skills are highly desired,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and produce clear project artefacts,
• Delivery focused with attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.
