Stake is the MENA region’s most exciting real estate fintech company, combining real estate expertise and innovative financial technology to deliver products that empower everyone to own and build wealth through Real Estate. Launched in 2021 we have grown rapidly, leveraging decades of experience in technology, financial services and global real estate, to launch the MENA region’s first mobile app for fractional real estate investing.

The Product & Technology Team

Our Product & Technology teams lead the charge in building world-class investment experiences. We work in cross-functional squads to uncover customer needs, solve business challenges, and deliver intuitive, impactful products.

We’re looking for a mid-weight Product Designer who can combine creativity, craft, and strategic thinking to design user experiences that our users love, and that drive business growth.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Own the design process from discovery to delivery - conducting research, defining problems, exploring concepts, and delivering high-fidelity designs.
• Translate business strategy, technical constraints, and user insights into elegant and modern experiences for mobile and web.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create innovative, user-centred solutions.
• Create and maintain high-quality interaction and visual designs that align with our design system and brand.
• Produce rapid prototypes and concepts to validate ideas, using tools such as Figma or Framer.
• Champion design quality within your squad, ensuring consistency through release testing and design QA.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, leveraging Figma’s full capabilities.
• Participate in user research, from interviews to usability tests and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
  
  

👀 What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of Product Design experience, covering the full design cycle - from research and ideation to launch and optimisation
• B2C fintech or proptech experience (2+ years), with an understanding of financial products and user trust considerations
• Professional experience using Figma for mobile and web design
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum with engineering teams
• Strong portfolio of past projects with high quality product and visual design work that can be directly attributed to your individual efforts
• Design system experience, with the ability to build and maintain scalable component libraries
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• Solid understanding of user research methods and data interpretation
• Proactive self-starter, with a clear passion for design and personal development
• Undergrad or Bachelor's degree, in a design-related field
• Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate here
