Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Testing
- Harness AI-powered tools for automated test case generation, execution, and adaptive learning, ensuring enhanced efficiency and comprehensive test coverage
- Implement AI methodologies to test virtual assistants and chatbots, focusing on prompt accuracy, conversational flows, and overall user interaction reliability.
- Leverage AI and machine learning to dynamically identify high-risk testing areas and predict potential system failures, enabling proactive resolution.
- Develop AI-based frameworks to create detailed and actionable test reports, highlighting progress, defects, and key areas requiring attention.
- Use predictive analytics to assess future testing needs, identify potential risks, and forecast outcomes for improved planning.
- Deliver real-time reporting and insights to enable quick and informed decision-making by stakeholders.
- Innovation
- Drive innovation by implementing an AI testing framework that standardizes operational testing while introducing measurable improvements in accuracy and speed
- Drive the adoption and integration of emerging AI technologies, ensuring continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools.
- Utilize natural language processing (NLP) technologies to simplify and enhance
- the writing and analysis of test scripts.
- Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams and industry leaders to adopt cutting-edge AI and NLP technologies, ensuring continuous enhancement of testing capabilities.
- Strategic Alignment
- Monitor and quantify the impact of AI-driven testing on organizational efficiency, aligning outcomes with key performance indicators and corporate objectives.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Build and mentor a team with expertise in AI, machine learning, and advanced testing methodologies.
- Develop training programs to upskill team members in the latest tools and technologies, fostering a forward-thinking mindset.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by organizing workshops and collaborative sessions, empowering the team to integrate innovative solutions across projects.
- Governance and Compliance
- Design and implement governance frameworks with KPIs to evaluate the performance and compliance of AI-powered testing solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field Specialization in the telecommunications industry
- Minimum 4-6years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field, with at least 3 years in AI-driven testing or automation.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail for identifying defects and ensuring software quality.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document findings and interact with team members.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of programming languages and scripting languages is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic may be advantageous for certain roles.
