- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process, from initial concept to final implementation.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the user experience. - Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
- Contribute to the innovation and development of new features and products, leveraging user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Create interactive prototypes for lab team demos and customer presentations to showcase design solutions and gather feedback in real-time.
- Minimum 5 years of UX experience required.
- Telco industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Web and mobile experience necessary.
- Prototyping skills needed for labs, team demos, and customer presentations.
