Network Engineer

Location: Etobicoke, ON (Hybrid)

Reporting to: Manager, Cloud Engineering and Operations

Are you passionate about building secure, scalable, and compliant network infrastructure? Join our team and play a key role in designing and implementing internal and perimeter networks that support critical business operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead infrastructure projects, including implementation, installation, and configuration using automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Design and deploy virtual and cloud environments, infrastructure applications, and storage solutions.
• Collaborate across teams—Network Operations, Cloud Engineering, InfoSec, and Development—to deliver robust technical solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in networking for business and technology stakeholders.
• Provide advanced support for escalated incidents impacting critical workflows.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years in a senior technical or engineering role.
• Expertise in network architecture, routing/switching protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS), SD-WAN/SASE, and firewall solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus, F5 BIG-IP/WAF, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Cisco ACI.
• Strong background in Microsoft Azure networking (ExpressRoute, VNet, NSGs).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN) and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Bonus: Experience in payment systems or merchant acquiring is a plus.
