Our Client is redefining global trade finance—connecting businesses with liquidity and connecting investors to trade finance assets through a seamless digital platform. As they expand into stablecoins and asset tokenisation, they’re building next-gen infrastructure that unlocks new liquidity, trust, and accessibility in cross-border trade.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Lead to drive Our Client’s roadmap for stablecoins and asset tokenisation. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical depth with strategic thinking, working closely with senior leadership to define product direction and lead a high- performing technical team.

You will play a key role in bringing to life new digital asset products across real-world asset tokenisation, programmable money, and capital-efficient trade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for stablecoins and tokenised asset offerings
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align product development with business priorities and regulatory expectations
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and architecture
• Manage relationships with external partners, including protocol infrastructure, custody, and compliance vendors
• Conduct competitive intelligence and stay ahead of emerging trends in digital asset infrastructure
• Ensure end-to-end delivery with a focus on security, compliance, and scalability
• Contribute to go-to-market planning and support engagements with key clients and partners

Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical product teams in fintech, DeFi, or digital assets
• Deep understanding of stablecoins, tokenised assets, or digital currency infrastructure
• Prior exposure to trade finance, capital markets, or structured finance use cases preferred
• Strong ability to translate between technical and business perspectives
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments

Preferred Profile

• Track record in a reputable digital asset, fintech, or financial infrastructure firm
• Familiarity with public and permissioned blockchain architectures, digital identity, and token standards
• Understanding of the regulatory landscape across digital assets and tokenized financial instruments

Technology Stack

• Blockchain (Ethereum, permissioned chains, interoperability protocols)
• Smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, Go)
• Digital asset infra (custody, compliance, oracles)
• Cloud/DevOps (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Financial systems (ISO 20022, SWIFT, APIs)
