- Work autonomously, taking ownership of features from development to deployment with minimal supervision
- Build efficient back-end features in Python
- Possess strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Keep suggesting improvements and ways to enhance the functioning of the software
- Be focused on quality
- 4+ years of experience in Python
- 3+ years in FastAPI
- Must have: Amazon SES, AWS Lambda, SQS/SNS, MongoDB, Microservices architecture
- Good to have: Terraform, CloudFormation
- Experience with Mobile projects or readiness to deep dive into the domain fast
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Takes ownership of their work.
- Is self-motivated and pragmatic, focused on getting things done effectively.
- Can implement features by finding a balance between technical best practices and project deadlines.
