About Us: Fractal is a dynamic and innovative AI company that is committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Build solutions that require analyzing client business problems and developing models to help solve them.
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company/client data to drive business solutions
• Gather data and requirements; scope solution and architecture, conduct research and prototype innovations;
• Developing, training, tuning, and optimizing ML/AI models and algorithms
• Perform statistical analysis of results and refine models
• Develop data-driven analysis using statistical & analytics methodologies to solve business problems.
• Collaborate and coordinate with different functional teams (engineering and product development) to implement models and monitor outcomes

Required qualification:

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience in data science
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience of working on an end-to-end data science pipeline: problem scoping, data gathering, EDA, modelling, insights, visualizations, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of machine learning, probability theory, statistics, and algorithms
• Experience in various machine learning algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and others.
• Experience with cloud technologies (GCP/Azure)
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Upper-intermediate English (both verbal and written)
• Knowledge of at least one of the domains (CPG, Telecom, E-commerce, etc.) would be a plus.
