You’ll learn from senior designers and help build the next generation of learner tools and design systems.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)

As a Design Intern you will support product and UX design work across Prism:

•

Assist product designers with user research, wireframes, interaction flows and high-fidelity mockups for web & mobile.

•

Translate UX problems into simple, usable UI solutions from low-fidelity sketches to pixel-perfect screens in Figma.

•

Build and maintain components and variants in Figma (design system support).

•

Prototype interactions and micro-animations

•

Prepare developer-ready handoffs (specs, assets, Figma libraries).

•

Run/participate in usability testing sessions and synthesize findings into actionable insights.

•

Help create visual assets and icons

•

Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers and other designers

•

Attend standups, critiques and reviews.

•

Document design decisions, maintain pattern libraries and keep files organized.

•

Learn quickly, take feedback constructively and iterate.

Who we’re looking for (Must-have)

•

Degree or certification in Design, HCI, Visual Communication or related field (students, fresh grads and recent bootcamp grads welcome).

•

Strong UX & visual design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, hierarchy.

•

Solid hands-on experience with Figma (components, variants, auto layout).

•

Skilled with Adobe Illustrator (vector/asset creation).
