Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer with at least 2+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models. In this role, you will work closely with our product, engineering, and data science teams to design, implement, and optimize AI/ML solutions that drive real-world business impact. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, data preprocessing, and model deployment, combined with strong problem-solving and coding skills.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development & Deployment

Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, NLP, and computer vision tasks.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data cleaning to ensure high-quality datasets.
Implement deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Optimize models for accuracy, performance, and scalability in production environments.

Research & Innovation

Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML, deep learning, and data science.
Experiment with new algorithms, architectures, and techniques to improve existing solutions.
Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) for emerging AI use cases relevant to business needs.

Collaboration & Integration

Work closely with data engineers to design scalable data pipelines for training and inference.
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems and applications.
Partner with product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.

Testing & Monitoring

Conduct A/B testing and validation to evaluate model performance.
Implement model monitoring systems to track accuracy, drift, and overall effectiveness post-deployment.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning roles.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, Spark).
Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and statistical modeling.
Experience in NLP or Computer Vision projects is a strong plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML services.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and deployment practices.
Experience with REST APIs for model serving and integration.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
