Our client is a high-energy, entrepreneurial investment firm specialising in UK real assets. They operate multiple platforms across sectors like renewables, clean energy infrastructure, and real estate, investing their own capital alongside leading institutional partners. This role will work primarily across their renewables and clean energy platforms — sectors seeing rapid growth and high-impact investment — while also giving occasional exposure to other asset classes.

This is not a “watch and learn” role — from day one, you’ll be involved in real deal-making: screening and diligencing opportunities, building and running transaction models, meeting management teams, and working across the full investment lifecycle from origination to exit. The small team set-up means you’ll gain exposure and responsibility well beyond what you’d see at a larger firm.

You’ll need 1–2 years’ experience in investment banking (M&A), corporate finance, principal investment, or M&A advisory, plus strong financial modelling skills and a genuine appetite for variety.
