Sr. Network Engineer – USA

Be a member of the US Network team of a large financial corporation


Requirements:

•    8+ years’ experience with network infrastructure, protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies: LAN, WAN, firewall, proxy, and TCP/IP (Cisco, Citrix, Checkpoint)

•    5+ years’ experience with incident management systems and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)

•    3+ years’ experience as a Network Support Leader

•    3+ years’ working in large corporations

•    Experience with KPI and SLA creation


Preferred

•    Certified as CCNA, CCNP, or equivament


ENGLISH : Advanced (professional) or fluent (must!!)


Activities:

•    Overseeing the day-to-day management of network incidents, ensuring timely resolution

•    Perform 2nd level troubleshooting for complex network incidents

•    Triage incoming incidents, prioritize, and assign tasks to team members

•    Monitor and maintain SLAs

•    Track and report on KPIs & SLAs
