Mid/Senior Data Scientist

Our Data Science team, working with Surfshark and Incogni products, is looking for a skilled Mid/Senior Data Scientist. Work challenges span from time series modeling and attribution models to NLP and generative AI.

If you want to:

Build data-driven solutions, and collaborate with various business departments, including UX, marketing, and product development;
Create and support existing models by leveraging state-of-the-art algorithms;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, define project objectives, and ensure successful project execution;
Communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations;
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques, and apply them to solve real-world challenges

And you can check off:

3+ years of relevant experience;
Proficiency with the Python programming language and SQL;
Strong understanding of data science concepts and techniques, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis;
A business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights;
Proficiency in Agile software development practices, including code reviews, unit testing, git flow, and CI/CD

Bonus points if you:

Are experienced with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI);
Are experienced with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP;
Have experience deploying machine learning solutions in production environments
