Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, technically skilled, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives that will innovate the Middle Mile transportation. You will define the vision that build a new standard for our customers and stakeholders while satisfying performance.
In this role, you will partner with technology, operations, and program teams to define and roll out the long term strategy and execution details for RCM Performance and Carrier Experience and drive goodness in key metrics. You'll work in a fast paced environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains.

Basic Qualifications
A degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

- Work as liason for tech and business - working on product strategy, feature design, and implementation across Europe
- You will handles complex product development and business management scenarios while evaluating smart trade-offs (time vs. effort vs. features) and making data driven decision by assessing different scenarios through simulations.
- You will own business and product success metrics through coordination across technology, operations, business and product stakeholders.
