As a Senior Product Manager for FBA, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a comprehensive growth strategy, with a strong focus on owning the unique EU nuances across multiple FBA growth products. You will re-invent the best-in-class e-commerce experience for our sellers by building new mechanisms to improve their FBA experience.
The ideal candidate has outstanding business acumen in the e-commerce domain, excellent analytical abilities, and superior communication skills. You will be adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating with product owners across regions and teams to influence the development and launch of new FBA product features tailored to the European market.
As a self-starter, you'll be comfortable with ambiguity and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. Your background should include strong product management experience, a passion for working on behalf of customers, and a proven track record of on-time delivery of cross-functional projects. You should demonstrate the ability to make data-driven decisions and effectively influence multiple stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for FBA growth initiatives, focusing on understanding and addressing the unique needs and nuances of the UK and European markets. Translate anecdotal and/or data insights into actionable product improvements that enhance the experience for EU-based sellers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners to influence the development of new FBA features tailored to the requirements of EU sellers, driving growth.
- Establish clear product goals, KPIs, and success metrics, building consensus across teams. Emphasize EU-relevant performance indicators.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle for FBA growth products, from ideation to iteration, addressing the unique needs of our EU-based sellers.
- Work independently, exercising sound judgment to make data-driven decisions. Effectively communicate product plans and progress, highlighting EU-specific insights.
- Continuously monitor EU market performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives to unlock FBA growth potential for our EU sellers.
- Propose innovative product ideas, design and run EU-focused pilots, scaling successful concepts to deliver exceptional experiences.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning and driving end-to-end complex requirements across multiple teams and regions, particularly in the e-commerce/seller services domain.
- Expertise in program/project management, including skills in breaking down tasks, simplifying roadmaps, establishing clear owners and timelines, setting priorities, and providing status reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven record of delivering innovative, customer-obsessed products and solutions that drive tangible business impact.
- Experience collaborating and influencing cross-functional and multi-regional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
- MBA or other advanced degree, with a focus on business, technology, or a related field.
- Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and the capacity to drive progress in the face of uncertainty.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools; able to prioritize complex deliverables, run large meetings with business leaders, and translate insights into actionable product plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues at hand, dive deep to the root cause, identify systematic gaps, support findings with analytical data, and devise comprehensive solutions.
- Innovative mindset, with a passion for challenging the status quo and reinventing products and experiences on behalf of our EU-based sellers and customers.
- Experience working in the e-commerce or retail technology space, with a deep understanding of the seller and customer needs in the FBA ecosystem.
- Familiarity with product development methodologies, agile practices, and familiarity with AWS technologies and tools.
