About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our growing team at Iute Group.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of our digital products.

Your work will directly impact the customer experience by helping deliver smooth, secure, and high-performing solutions across our fintech ecosystem.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute comprehensive manual test cases based on product requirements.
• Prepare and maintain relevant test data sets to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track bugs in a structured and detailed manner using Jira.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, release preparation, and continuous delivery workflows.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and tools as we scale.
• Monitor and validate system performance and reliability through proactive testing practices.
  
  

What We Expect from You

• 2+ years of experience in manual software testing.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to self-learn and quickly grasp new systems and tools.
• Clear and structured communication skills, both verbal and written.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with API testing using Postman.
• Familiarity with monitoring and log analysis tools (Grafana, Kibana, or similar).
• Understanding of test automation fundamentals (even if not primary focus).
