As a Client Insights Project Manager reporting to the Global CRM Director, you will play a key role in transforming client data into actionable strategic insights. You will collaborate with specialists across various departments and become the main point of contact for understanding client behavior. You will promote a client-centric culture with your sharp analyses and comprehensive knowledge of our clients.
Job Responsibilities
CLIENT STUDIES:
>5 years of experience, a first experience on the CRM/Retail business or in a consulting firm is a must Strong understanding of the Retail/CRM challenges in a luxury context Strong understanding of the luxury business Strong analytics/statistic skills, very data-oriented Excellent data visualization and presentation/storytelling skills Very detail-oriented and good written skills Good communication skills Previous experience on Power BI Previous experience on Dataiku is a plus Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Job Responsibilities
CLIENT STUDIES:
- Close monitoring of client-related indicators to measure performance and identify areas of improvement
- Conduct ad-hoc client studies to explain client behavior and address critical business questions from stakeholders across the Maison (product development, merchandising, client activation, top management, media..)
- Define and industrialize relevant KPIs to analyze Retail/CRM performance and effectiveness of CRM initiatives
- Suggest new KPIs and methodology to improve the measure of the efficiency of CRM/clients actions
- Present studies/findings to Top management and other stakeholders
- Business owner of client data related Power BI dashboards and underlying datasets
- Conceptualize and define new dashboards and visualizations following evolving business requirements
- Close collaboration with the data team to ensure relevancy and accuracy of client insights and KPIs across the Maison
- Provide functional leadership to the network of data analysts in regional teams, facilitating the use of data through training, support, and encouragement of collaboration
- Manage and mentor a trainee, providing guidance on daily tasks and defining personal development objectives
