Electronics Architect

Position

We are searching for an experienced Electronics Architect who will play a central role in the development of a new power converter system for the product, scheduled for integration in 2026. In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of our technology by designing, prototyping, and qualifying electronic products through their entire lifecycle.

As an Electronics Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring our power conversion systems meet both technical and business requirements. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the design process from high-level requirement specifications to the hands-on prototyping and qualification stages. Your expertise in digital electronics and practical experience will enable you to translate business needs into precise technical specifications, while also contributing directly to design and qualification efforts. Additionally, you will work closely with external partners, providing validation for their work to ensure alignment with our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Lifecycle Oversight: Maintain a holistic view of the design needs throughout the product lifecycle, from requirement specification, design, and prototyping to qualification and beyond.
• New Product Development: Contribute to the development of new controllers that will be incorporated into the products by 2026.
• Collaboration and Validation: Partner effectively with external vendors to validate their work and maintain quality and alignment with project goals.
• Requirement Translation: Convert business requirements into precise technical specifications, ensuring our power conversion systems meet performance and quality standards.
• Hands-On Involvement: Participate actively in the design and qualification processes, with a focus on practical, hands-on work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/master degree in an Electrical/Electronic related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with digital electronics.
• Handson approach.
• Allowed to work in the Netherlands.
