Information Technology Project Manager

In your role as project manager, you will support the planning, management, and implementation of a large IT project and ensure, among other things, that it is executed on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams and communicate efficiently with all project participants. Your goal is to drive forward the digital transformation through artificial intelligence in a sustainable manner and to implement innovative solutions.

Your main tasks will include:

• Ideally: Several years of professional experience in (agile) program or project management in the pharmaceutical, medtech, healthcare, or strategy/innovation development sectors
• Good understanding of the healthcare sector and current AI trends
• Experience in the design and implementation of innovative healthcare projects
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, ideally experience in the use of innovation methods such as design thinking, lean startup, or agile project management
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex content in an understandable way
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Your profile:

• Degree in IT management, economics, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• Proven track record in coordinating large-scale projects (including change management)
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of current data science and AI technologies
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English
