HR Generalist | West Dublin | €40–45k + 30 Days Leave

We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven HR Generalist to join a collaborative team of six, supporting a mission that empowers young people across Ireland. This is more than a role – it’s a chance to develop your career while contributing to a cause that matters.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be a trusted advisor – provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees, ensuring smooth, compliant, and people-focused processes
• Drive the employee experience – manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exits
• Collaborate across teams – work closely with Finance on accurate payroll processing
• Champion well-being – help shape policies that support growth, engagement, and inclusion
• Use data to make a difference – analyse HR trends and recommend improvements
• Get involved in projects – contribute to strategic HR initiatives that support organisational goals

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist role
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (CIPD a plus)
• Confident communicator and relationship-builder at all levels
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
• Full driving licence (occasional travel required)
• Payroll administration or not-for-profit experience is an advantage
