Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager at IPXO, you will be the driving force behind delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects. You will manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from planning and coordination through execution and go-live, ensuring alignment across development, product, QA, and infrastructure teams. Your expertise will help accelerate product delivery, improve team efficiency, and uphold quality and operational excellence.

This role requires a strong understanding of modern backend and frontend technologies (PHP, Go, Angular, React), cloud infrastructure (Azure, with a good grasp of AWS), and agile delivery principles.

In This Position You Will

• Oversee and manage the delivery of software products and features across multiple teams and technologies (PHP, Go, Angular, React)
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product managers, QA, and DevOps to ensure timely and high-quality releases
• Drive planning sessions, define clear delivery goals, and manage dependencies and risks
• Monitor delivery progress using agile metrics and tools; proactively resolve issues that impede delivery
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the delivery teams
• Serve as the central point of contact for delivery timelines, scope, and status updates to stakeholders
• Ensure proper use of cloud infrastructure, primarily on Azure, while maintaining awareness of AWS practices for flexibility and integration needs
• Advocate for scalable, reliable, and secure delivery practices across the platform
  
  

We Expect That You Have

• Proven experience in a delivery management, project management, or technical program management role
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with modern technology stacks: – Backend: PHP, Go – Frontend: Angular, React – Cloud: Azure (primary), AWS (good-to-have)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in high-growth tech environments
• Background in software engineering or technical architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code
• Experience in SaaS or platform-based companies
• Certification in Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work with competing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
