The Role

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of impactful NLP and LLM projects, from concept to deployment.
• Define the technical roadmap, architecture, and best practices for a rapidly scaling AI function.
• Translate complex business challenges into measurable, AI-driven solutions.
• Stay at the forefront of AI by experimenting with emerging approaches and methods.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems, with deep expertise in NLP and LLMs.
• Strong academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering (Master’s in AI is highly valued).
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex technical projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across both technical and business teams.
