Blockchain Developer

Position: Smart Contract Developer

Experience Level: 3+ years using Solidity (mid-level)

Location: Remote - European/Dubai Timezones

Plexus is working with a powerhouse in the DeFi space and are on the hunt to find a capable Smart Contract Developer, who will deploy advanced smart contracts powering some of the biggest projects in Web3, with direst impact on governance and DeFi innovation.

Backed by a strong legacy of innovation, including securing over $40B in DAO assets, they’re now building the next generation of governance infrastructure. Key responsibilities:

• Design & Deliver: Translate client needs into secure, production-ready smart contracts and lead projects from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Solidity & DeFi Expertise: Build advanced smart contract architectures, with strong knowledge of DeFi protocols, security best practices, and Ethereum standards.
• Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with product and engineering teams, sharing expertise, solving challenges, and driving innovation across Web3 technologies

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years Solidity development with live smart contracts in production.
• Strong DeFi knowledge (protocol experience with Uniswap, Aerodrome, Morpho-X, etc.).
• Security focus: awareness of vulnerabilities, audits, or big TVL contract exposure.
• Hands-on with Foundry/Hardhat, Ethers/viem.
