AI Data Engineer

Who We Are

We are seeking a skilled and versatile AI Data Engineer to join our cross-functional, agile AI delivery team. In collaboration with our internal AI and IT teams, you will play a key role in building and scaling a portfolio of Generative AI use cases across Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain. This role involves designing, implementing, and operationalizing AI-powered applications, while working closely with business stakeholders and internal developers to deliver impactful solutions. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and user-facing interfaces.

What You'll Be Doing

Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal developers to specify, design, and implement Generative AI-powered applications for use cases in Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain
Develop and maintain responsive, user-facing interfaces using React to deliver seamless frontend experience
Build and optimize cloud infrastructure using Azure, Terraform, and ideally Databricks to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient systems
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, leveraging Docker, MLFlow, and data pipelines to support robust MLOps workflows
Write high-quality, maintainable code in Python, integrating GenAI components and ensuring compatibility with LLM-based applications
Deploy, monitor, and support GenAI/LLM-based applications using frameworks like Langchain and best practices in LLMOps
Utilize Git, Jira, and Confluence for version control, project management, and documentation to ensure smooth collaboration
Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and user interfaces within an agile delivery framework
Proactively identify technical challenges and propose solutions, driving innovation and efficiency across the AI portfolio

What You'll Bring Along

University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in AI Data Engineering
Expertise in MLOps and Data Engineering, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, Docker, MLFlow, and data pipelines
Hands-on experience with Azure, Terraform, and ideally Databricks for cloud and infrastructure management
Advanced programming skills in Python (mandatory), with experience integrating GenAI components
Strong experience in deploying and supporting GenAI/LLM-based applications, with proficiency in Langchain and LLMOps
Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Confluence for collaboration and project management

Preferred Qualifications

Strong proficiency in React for frontend development
Experience with Databricks for advanced data engineering and analytics
Proven track record in delivering GenAI/LLM-based applications in enterprise settings
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
