What you'll be doing:


  • Understand, monitor, and review all developments within the global regulatory environment of the business, recognizing areas which need improvements and acknowledging vulnerabilities within the business,
  • Identify the lack of and/or improvements to policies and processes, assess effectiveness of current policies and processes and recommend and implement required changes,
  • Ensuring that organization meets all necessary compliance (legislative and objective) and that appropriate risk mitigation/control measures are in place,
  • Provide day to day support to all internal and external stakeholders on any issues around compliance and regulation,
  • Provide compliance advice and support to the organization with regards to business contracts,
  • Provide compliance advice with the initiatives and requests coming from various stakeholders – mainly product, marketing or sportsbook,
  • Provide compliance support with games’ certification requirements,
  • Provide compliance support with regulatory, audit and similar inspections,
  • Provide compliance support with Due Diligence processes,
  • Provide compliance support with Responsible Gaming Program policies and procedures,
  • Maintain accurate compliance records,
  • Interact and co-operate with all members of the organization, its suppliers, and external partners,
  • Interact and co-operate with local advisors and regulatory bodies,
  • Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.


We're looking for someone who:


  • Bachelor`s degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Understanding of compliance management obligations, requirements, and dynamics
  • Strong research skills on new markets and regulations
  • Knowledge in developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
  • Excellent verbal and written English and communication skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills; detail-oriented and efficient
  • Adherence to company policies and standards
  • Proactive, curious, and self-sufficient, can work well cross-functionally
  • Interested in developing regulatory and compliance knowledge
  • Outgoing, positive team worker, forward-thinking, optimistic, and respectful attitude
  • Good understanding of the respective gambling regulations, AML, responsible gaming, and data protection regulations
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure in a fast and dynamic environment
  • Solid understanding of what is needed to form critical plans to manage crisis events or compliance violations should they ever occur.
