The opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team and gain direct exposure to institutional-level crypto investing within a hedge fund environment. From day one, you will work closely with senior investors on our flagship Liquid Token Fund, identifying market opportunities, analysing tokens, and developing tools to support investment decisions.

Alongside this core investment work, you will be involved in preparing client materials, improving operational processes, and contributing to strategic research. This position offers a rare chance to combine rigorous financial markets analysis with cutting-edge blockchain innovation while gaining practical experience at the intersection of traditional finance and the rapidly evolving digital asset landscape.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who thrives on challenge, is eager to learn all aspects of the fund business, and can confidently take ownership of diverse responsibilities in a high-responsibility, fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with investment analysis, reporting, and monitoring for our Liquid Token Fund and bespoke strategies
• Contributing to the identification and evaluation of market opportunities in the crypto and DeFi ecosystems
• Conducting market research and supporting business development initiatives, including pitch materials, investment cases and other client outreach
• Supporting day-to-day operations and improving internal processes
• Assisting in the development of memos and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Great familiarity with crypto, DeFi, and blockchain concepts
• Strong academic background (MSc or BSc in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics or related field)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment

Additional skills considered advantageous:

• Experience with financial modelling and data analysis (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL, R)
• Familiarity with on-chain analytics platforms (e.g., Dune, Nansen, Token Terminal)
