The role

We're now looking for a frontend developer to join our Marketing team at Soundtrack. The Marketing team, which is also part of the Growth team, is a multidisciplinary team responsible for top-of-funnel customer acquisition and brand awareness through owned, paid and deserved channels.

As a frontend developer in the Marketing team, you’ll be involved in the whole process from creating creative ad concepts to developing highly converting landing pages together with UX/UI designers, user researchers, marketing specialists etc.

Besides being the Marketing team, you’ll also be part of our cross-functional Client development team with whom you’ll collaborate, get inspired and grow.

Responsibilities

• Building, releasing and continuously improving the conversion funnel from ads or organic landing pages to signups together with UI/UX designers, researchers and analysts.
• Lead the technical side of SEO together with SEO experts.
• Contribute to the team’s vision, strategy and agenda
• Helping the team grow as a whole by sharing knowledge and lifting each other up

Mandatory requirements

• Well-versed in web development
• Strong proficiency in CSS
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript
• Worked with a JS framework such as Next.js, React, Angular or Vue.js
• Experienced with Git or another distributed source management system
• Experience working with SEO and page speed optimization
  
  

Advantageous Experience (not Required)

• General interest in music and/or music technology
• Experience working with design systems and/or larger CSS codebases
• Experience working with Conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation
• GraphQL APIs and libraries (we use Apollo)
• Automated testing (especially front-end)
• Basic knowledge of functional programming
• Front-end development/build pipelines using Webpack/Rollup or similar
