Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled C/C++ Developer with a strong focus on backend development for low-level telecom applications. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on VoIP (Voice over IP) systems and related protocols. The project involves building high-performance, reliable telecom solutions for a leading service provider, ensuring robust communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain telecom VoIP applications and communication protocols.
Work on the backend infrastructure of telecom systems, with a strong focus on low-level programming and system optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to VoIP protocols and network communication.
Participate in code migration from C to C++ as the project evolves.
Conduct performance tuning, testing, and debugging to maintain system reliability.

Profile / Requirements

Proven experience in developing VoIP (Voice over IP) applications and working with related protocols (e.g., SIP, RTP).
Solid understanding of low-level systems development, performance optimization, and telecom infrastructure.
Expertise in C development and interest or experience in migrating to C++.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently or in a team.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team.
Valid EU/PL work permit.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in C++ is highly desirable.
Familiarity with telecom networks and infrastructure.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
Experience working with telecom service providers or communication platforms is a plus.
