We are looking for a Technical Project Lead for our client, an Ankara-based technology group company.

Job Description

• Guide and mentor software development teams with technical leadership,
• Actively contribute to architectural decisions, technology selection, and infrastructure planning,
• Organize and participate in technical meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including government institutions,
• Lead the planning, monitoring, and execution of software development processes,
• Own and drive key technical decisions aligned with project goals,
• Analyze, document, and track technical requirements, ensuring their implementation,
• Collaborate with project managers on planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and resource management,
• Support process optimization and ensure delivery standards, timelines, and quality metrics are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical project coordination and software team management,
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC),
• In-depth knowledge of .NET technologies,
• Hands-on experience with Git and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TFS, or Azure DevOps),
• Previous experience in public/government-related projects is a strong asset,
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills,
• Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken) to manage documentation and communication with stakeholders,
• Residing in Ankara or willing to relocate,
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on delivery and creative solutions.
