UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital products reflect our brand identity, meet user expectations, and adhere to the highest standards of usability and visual design.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop user experiences and user interfaces (UI/UX) for web and mobile platforms,
2. Create original interface designs by adhering to Android and iOS platform guidelines and UI components,
3. Develop consistent, cohesive, and brand-aligned interfaces across both mobile and web environments,
4. Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups using design tools such as Figma, Miro,
5. Conduct user research and analysis in line with User-Centered Design (UCD) methodologies, and translate findings into actionable design decisions,
6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),
7. Work within different project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, adapting to varying workflows and timelines.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably in Visual Communication Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or similar disciplines),
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design,
3. Strong knowledge of web and mobile design standards, with solid understanding of both Android and iOS platforms,
4. Proficient in Figma, Miro and other relevant design tools,
5. Experience in collaboration and project management tools such as Jira.
6. Ability to create interactive prototypes and deliver high-fidelity mockups and visual presentations,
7. Deep understanding of experience design components, with a strong sense of visual perception, research orientation, and creative vision,
8. Familiar with native UI components of Android and iOS, and able to design interfaces that align with platform-specific guidelines,
9. Ability to perceive and interpret new technologies and devices from a visual design perspective and stay up-to-date with trends,
10. Knowledge and experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and working in cross-functional project teams,
11. Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, and solution-focused with strong communication skills,
12. Strong command of User-Centered Design (UCD) methodologies, with proven experience in applying them to real-world projects,
13. Proven experience in designing for constrained environments such as embedded systems, ATMs, kiosks, touchscreen-based platforms, or smart city equipment,
14. Strong background in information architecture and user flow design,
15. Solid research and planning skills, including the ability to conduct onsite user research when necessary,
16. Fundamental understanding of motion design principles and their application in user interfaces.
