What Do We Expect From You?

• Strong experience in interpreting both quantitative and qualitative results of analyses
• Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner
• Minimum 3 years of experience with business analysis, business development and reporting to management
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and storytelling
• Strong experience with data visualization tools
• Aviation/turbo engine industry experience is a plus

• Communicate with management and other stakeholders to understand their market/competitor/product analysis needs and translate these business needs into requirements for data analysts
• Translate facts and data into contextual understanding where management can derive insights and opportunities
• Provide insight into preparing and improving financial models for high-level investments and partnerships of the company
• Constantly monitor and research new ideas, trends, technologies, products, opportunities to add value to the company
• Prepare ad hoc reports on product segments, competitor activities and business opportunities
• Automate reporting processes in coordination with relevant business and IT units
• Collaborate on business process improvement initiatives, working in conjunction with other departments using process improvement methodologies
• Maintain strong communication channels with internal stakeholders
