Position: Crypto Quantitative Developer (DeFi)

Build low-latency trading systems and yield-farming infrastructure across CEXs and DEXs.

Responsibilities:

- Exchange & Chain Connectivity – Design and maintain resilient, low-latency execution pipelines that connect to major CEXs (e.g., Bybit, Binance, dYdX, Hyperliquid) and DEXs (e.g., Uniswap, Jupiter) via REST, WebSocket, or FIX.

- Real-time Data Engineering – Stream and store on-chain and order-book data (snapshots, swaps, funding rates, mempool events) for analytics and signal generation.

- Backtesting & Simulation – Build frameworks that accurately model crypto-specific mechanics such as AMM slippage, perpetual-funding dynamics, and liquidation cascades.

- Execution & Routing Logic – Develop smart-order-routing, venue-selection, and execution-benchmarking tools to minimize cost and maximize fill quality.

- Cloud Deployment – Use AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) to deploy, monitor, and scale production services.

- Yield-Farming Automation – Create and operate infrastructure for automated DeFi yield strategies (cross-chain, cross-protocol), including position rebalancing driven by APR changes, token incentives, and on-chain metrics.

- Risk & MEV Mitigation – Implement gas optimization, MEV-aware transaction bundling, contract-anomaly detection, and other safeguards to protect capital.

Requirements:

- 1+ year blockchain development experience and a deep grasp of on-chain data, mempool mechanics, and gas markets.

- Expert Python and solid proficiency in Solidity, plus one systems language.

- Demonstrated success integrating with exchange APIs (REST/WebSocket/FIX) and interacting with smart contracts via RPC.

- Working knowledge of DeFi primitives: AMMs, LP tokens, funding rates, liquidation engines, and cross-chain bridges.

- Hands-on experience with backtesting/simulation environments and automation frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry, Brownie, etc.).

- Familiarity with MEV, gas-fee optimization, multisig wallets, and RPC load management.

- Ability to read and write in English at B2 level or above.

- Open to working remotely and starting from part-time involvement.

Bonus, if you have expereince with:

- Smart-contract security auditing.

- Authoring complex yield strategy contracts.
