We are looking for an AI Engineer specializing in Agent Engineering, LLM Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, and Knowledge Management. The candidate would typically be involved in:
- Agent Engineering: Designing and developing AI agents that can make rational decisions and interact with their environment using user-provided knowledge bases and chat histories. This includes building multi-agent systems (MAS) where agents collaborate to handle complex tasks through task delegation, planning, and management. The engineer would work on creating agents with capabilities such as accessing knowledge bases, making web calls, executing code, and saving chat history to improve accuracy and precision beyond simple large language model (LLM) calls.
- LLM RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): Developing and optimizing retrieval-augmented generation systems that combine LLMs with external knowledge retrieval to improve response relevance and quality. This involves prompt tuning, evaluation, safety measures, and building reusable data processing and vector store modules to accelerate solution delivery and ensure consistent, reliable deployment.
- Prompt Engineering: Crafting and optimizing prompts for LLMs and agentic systems to improve output quality, relevance, and safety. This includes developing reusable prompt engineering assets and guardrails to detect unsafe or toxic outputs, ensuring best practices are followed across projects.
- Knowledge Management: Implementing systems that provide consistent and instant access to critical knowledge for both employees and customers. This includes building knowledge agents that empower customer service teams with reliable answers, improving resolution speed and consistency, and managing large volumes of data and communications efficiently.
What you will do:
- Develop and deploy AI solutions leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and prompt engineering to optimize AI model outputs.
- Design and implement reusable AI components and modules to accelerate AI solution delivery and ensure consistency and governance.
- Build intelligent agents capable of converting natural language queries into executable commands (e.g., SQL agents) and managing knowledge bases for enterprise applications.
- Monitor and maintain AI system performance, including drift detection in conversational AI to ensure reliability over time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP and automate workflows using tools like Power Automate and UiPath.
- Ensure secure and compliant handling of data and AI models, especially in regulated environments.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Expertise in prompt engineering and tuning for LLMs and RAG systems.
- Experience with knowledge management systems and AI-powered agents.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath for workflow automation.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and integration with AI solutions.
- Strong programming skills, including Python for AI development and prompt optimization.
- Understanding of data-centric design principles for AI systems and evaluation frameworks for AI model deployment.
- Experience in building AI solutions for customer service, case management, or HR automation.
- Knowledge of AI safety, evaluation, and governance best practices.
- Ability to work with modular AI components and reusable assets to scale AI adoption rapidly.
