Software Engineer in Oman

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Database Management Systems (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and SQL Queries.
• Experience with software deployment, IIS, Web Servers.
• Experience in Window Server & Linux OS Administration.
• Experience in scripting and automation tools .
• Experience in software testing, V&V, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing.
• Exposure to agile development, CI/CD, DevOps.
• Experience in MS Office apps and in software documentation.
• Strong knowledge in System security concepts.
• Excellent coordination, management, and collaboration skills.
• Certification in Business Analysis and/or Project Management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• 3 – 5 years of proven experience in similar role
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
